Jackson Evans

Jackson has been playing music both individually and collectively for around 10 years. His primary instruments are the guitar and the bass guitar, both of which he has been teaching for 3 years. His influences range from the session bassists of the 60s and 70s such as James Jamerson and Carol Kaye, to the distinctive sounds of songwriters/guitarists such as Tom Verlaine and David Byrne.

Jackson's style of teaching caters to the wishes of each individual student, providing specialised knowledge and practice to allow students to hone their skills and to develop an idea of the direction in which they will take their musical ability.
