In 2008, the Living Music FReeZA Crew was established get young people participating in, organising and managing live events in partnership with the City of Melbourne and supported by the Office for Youth. In 2009 Living Music secured triennial funding to continue Underground Loop Mentorship for a further three years.

The FreeZa crew consists of In House Music participants and youth from in and around the City of Melbourne and always welcomes expressions of interest from young people wanting to get involved.

Since the North Melbourne committee began they have completed four events including three CD launches and a Bushfire Relief concert.
